Pioneer Mini Camp 2008: Grades 1-3 (as of Fall, 2008)
A great
introduction to resident camp! Pioneers enjoy all the magic of camp
participating in traditional camp activities: canoeing, swimming,
woodcraft, games, and fun in the outdoors.
Session 1: July 13-15
Session 2: July 15-17
Cost: $110 members, $130 program members
Resident Camp 2008: Grades 2-6 (as of Fall, 2008)
The YMCA Resident Camping Program encourages cooperation, tolerance, and teamwork with a group living environment. Campers are assigned cabins according to their age and gender. The values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibilty are at the core of every activity. Camp chores and camp activities are decided and undertaken as a cabin group. However, campers also have the option of signing up for activities independent of their cabin. Sign up today and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime at Camp Bishop this summer!
